They participate in various kinds of athletic fundraising events such as 5Ks, half marathons, marathon relay races, triathlons, and more to help support empowerHER UK’s programs and services. Teammates come from all athletic abilities and from around the world. Together they celebrate, heal, and empower in activities that are good for the mind, body + soul.

Every teammate is given their own peer-to-peer fundraising page that can be personalized and shared with anyone who wants to support you and empowerHER UK’s mission.
Hosting a fundraising event? We will provide marketing materials like banners, rack cards and raffle items to help make your fundraising efforts a success!
Custom Gear
All teammates receive gear, from tanks to hats, exclusive to Team empowerHER UK.
Once a teammate reaches their individual fundraising goal, gear is mailed to wear during training
and to represent empowerHER UK on race day.
